I helped the vineyard to achieve its highest yield ever.

       •    Collected daily sugar and acidity samples from the vineyard to be used for harvest planning and organization.

       •    Executed daily pests and diseases control.

       •    Have irrigated, hoed, pruned to care for the vineyard.

I ensured proper fermentation process took place.

       •    Measured  sugar,  pH levels and temperature sampled from the wine tanks daily to analyze the fermentation process.

I supported the cellar control. 

       •    Ensured the barrel wine levels are well kept.

I prepared the customer orders. 

       •    Labeled, packaged and shipped products.
