I have 6 years’ experience in training and supervision of design, construction and management of irrigation systems. I have acquired expertise in GIS and water resource modelling. I have trained and supervised students in the construction of surface, sprinkler and drip irrigation technologies. I have experience in the training of farmers in irrigated crop production, irrigation water management, irrigation scheduling, irrigation system operation and maintenance. I have acquired expertise in participatory planning, designing, implementation and management of gender sensitive, economically and environmentally sustainable irrigation systems through engineering training.
