Experience for almost 28 years in Hospitality & Hotel Business. Worked 21 years with an International Brand Marriott International / Renaissance Hotel. Managed 425 Rooms Lifestyle Hotel as the General Manager. Started with the business in 1989 and worked in several departments and positions performed my duties successfully. Had certain administrative/operational responsibilities (F&B, F/O, H/K, Loss Prevention, Sport Center & Spa,). Additional to operational roles I have worked as the Quality Assurance Manager & Internal Auditor for more than 5 years.

Beside General Manager position worked also as the Renovation Project Manager. Managed with the Construction and Architect Team the whole full hard hotel renovation process without closing down the property. Recently had Experience with Managing more than Twelve properties as Area Director Of Hospitality.
