• I undertake the management of the warehouse where Europe’s largest sorting and distribution

operations are carried out.

• I am responsible for the KPI management, efficiency, and coordination of 900 blue-collar personnel

in the facility serving Anatolia and international regions.

• Among the projects I work on, I focus on route optimization, improving customer delivery times,

developing alternative distribution models, increasing customer satisfaction, and reducing return

rates.

• I carried out various projects to increase the efficiency of automation (alternative transportation

equipment, process analysis that caused operational downtime, conveyor design for feeding

products that are not suitable for the machine).

• I played an active role in the implementation of many Kaizens. I led the lean audit processes in the

• I managed the operational processes, KPIs, and sales targets of dealers in Ankara, Kırıkkale,

Kayseri, Nevşehir, Kırşehir, Sivas, and Yozgat, Kütahya.

• I ensured that the operations proceeded smoothly by coordinating the field managers in the relevant

cities.

• I took part in projects such as alternative distribution models (delivery by pedestrian and bicycle

couriers), reducing faulty delivery rates, improving the equipment used for couriers, optimizing in-

warehouse product collection and goods acceptance processes, improving logistics processes,

improving delivery times, and preventing fake orders.

• I carried out a regional (dealer-specific) dealer income project.

• I also led the processes of improving and auditing in-warehouse quality and hygiene processes.
