- Perform requisition/order & fulfillment within the field of general procurement covering the requests of goods and services mainly related to indirect procurement activities such as workplace services, fleet, travel, administrative services, information technologies, and other professional services
- Conduct supplier sourcing studies to introduce market best practices and bring in innovative alternatives
- Execute biddings and negotiations
- Lead internal stakeholders for contract management processes
- Identify and support the implementation of system & process improvements within the general procurement governance model
- Ensure processes are compliant and perform operational reporting when necessary
- Seek consolidation opportunities within the supplier base
- Increase negotiation power through leveraging volume
- University degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or related fields
- Preferably 4-5 years of experience in procurement department in a multinational environment
- Strong negotiation and attention to detail skills with excellent communication
- Strong analytical skills to gather meaningful insights from data and to provide solutions when needed
- Good team player with a positive and co-operative attitude
- Good command of verbal and written communication skills both in Turkish and English
- Knowledge in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- SAP knowledge would be an asset
- No restriction for travelling
