We are seeking top-notch professionals to join our rapidly expanding team at our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Los Angeles.

A Tire and Alignment Technician with a passion for the industry is ideal. The successful candidate will have prior experience in automotive and a drive to continue advancing in their career.

Salary Range: $20-$23 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-scans and battery health checks on vehicles, interpreting DTCs that require correction by other technicians (training provided).
• Perform pre-alignments to identify needs and communicate findings to the writer for billing purposes.
• Carry out complete vehicle alignments.
• Document wheels and tires before pre-alignment, noting any missing lug nuts, wheel caps, covers or hub damage, and visible tread wear issues.
• Document suspension issues before and after repair for insurance carriers.
• Perform suspension service, axle work, wheel and tire service, adhering to OEM procedures.
• Balance wheel assemblies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of alignment and tire equipment.
• Upload before and after alignment specs into software.
• Install, mount, balance and change tires.
• Inspect and rotate tires.
• Test drive vehicles after alignment and suspension work to ensure optimal road feel, noise, vibration, steering control, and steering wheel returns to center.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 19 years old.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Prior experience with suspension and alignment work is preferred.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment as part of a team.
• A self-starter willing to take initiative and work independently, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
