Job summary
We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our partner company. You will play a critical role in rebuilding and scaling the core backend infrastructure of a growing product.This role is ideal for experienced engineers who enjoy ownership system design and being part of founding technical team.
Key responsibilities include designing developing new backend architecture using Java taking ownership of system's core backbone building managing AWS-based delivery pipelines applying strong SDLC practices across development testing deployment monitoring leading transition from current basic system more scalable maintainable platform developing new backend features once migration completed collaborating closely product business stakeholders translate requirements into technical solutions leveraging AI-powered developer tools improve productivity code quality taking ownership day one potential grow into technical lead role build team later stages
