QUALIFICATIONS WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Cyber Security or related fields
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in offensive security, including at least 5 years of advanced hands-on penetration testing across enterprise environments
- Proven experience leading complex offensive security and Red Team engagements
- Strong expertise in API security, cloud-native security (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes security and modern attack surface analysis
- Deep understanding of WAF evasion techniques and advanced exploitation methodologies
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM security testing (prompt injection, model abuse, data exfiltration scenarios)
- Advanced proficiency in Burp Suite (extender development preferred), Nmap (NSE scripting), Metasploit (module customization/development) and BloodHound
- Experience with cloud offensive tooling such as Pacu and security assessment tools such as ScoutSuite
- Kubernetes and container security testing experience using tools such as kube-hunter and Trivy
- Strong scripting and development skills (Python preferred) with the ability to design and build custom offensive security tools
- Experience analyzing CVEs and developing working Proof-of-Concept (PoC) exploits
- Excellent written and spoken English
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Principal Penetration Tester will act as a senior technical authority within the offensive security domain and drive the evolution of modern penetration testing practices.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading advanced cyber security research initiatives and defining new offensive methodologies.
- Designing and executing penetration tests across API, Web, Cloud, WAF, Kubernetes and AI/LLM-based systems.
- Driving the continuous improvement of penetration testing services and offensive security capabilities.
- Leading enterprise-grade security assessments and Red Team operations.
- Providing high-level security consultancy and strategic advisory.
- Contributing to the research and development of next-generation offensive security tools and services.
