    Job Title: Account Manager - EU Expansion Team

    We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our EU Expansion team, supporting the growth of small and medium-sized businesses on Amazon.

    Your role will involve contributing to new business acquisition through lead generation, business evaluation, and supporting the launch of new selling partners. You will also build relationships with sellers, helping them grow their business on Amazon.

    In addition to account management, you will be responsible for incorporating feedback from sellers into new opportunities to improve Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools for all 3rd party selling partners.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Language Skills: Fluency in English and Turkish
    2. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering or related field (Master's degree preferred)
    3. Sales Experience: Managing large accounts
    4. Strong Track Record: Success in managing and growing large accounts, product marketing or management consulting roles
    5. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex concepts simply
    6. Computer Skills: Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    7. Problem-Solving: Ability to drive successful projects with a wide range of people at all decision-making levels; experience solving analytical problems

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    1. E-commerce Experience: Advantageous to have experience in e-commerce or retail
    2. Business Acumen: Ability to work with legal, product, and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements
    3. Business Judgment: Strong business judgment, proven ability to influence others
    4. Crm Tools: Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
    5. Data Analysis: SQL skills

    Salary: We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
