Job summary
Ensures Technology (IT/ELV) tasks are successfully carried out recorded in the helpdesk system and proactively maintain the Technology knowledge base to drive a self-help/self-service resolution Provides Tier 1 and 2 Technology support to colleagues and guests Escalates issues to the management's attention as required Tracks inventory and status of hardware software throughout an organisation Assists supports the Disaster Recovery process for all critical hotel applications IT infrastructures Establishes relationships with internal external stakeholders colleagues technology vendors/suppliers etc Assist with the implementation of hotel technology projects as assigned by the Director/Asst. Director of Technology
