We are looking for a Financial Manager for our dutch parner which is operating in consulting industry.
You are going to work remote and report to Netherlands.

The Financial Manager is responsible for the client administration, bookkeeping and preparation of the annual financial statements, and preparing and/or assisting with monthly, quarterly and year-end closings.

The Financial Manager manages these accounting activities for a portfolio of international clients working closely with legal and supporting colleagues in a dedicated client servicing team remotely and on location.

Each member of this team has their own responsibility to maintain the client portfolio in good standing providing a high and consistent quality of services.

Accounting
Daily client accounting.
Interim and regulatory reporting.
Annual accounts. (Preferred Dutch GAAP/IFRS)
Periodic tax returns. (VAT, CIT, Wage tax)
Debtor collections.

Audit &Compliance:
Audit assistance.
Compliance related activities.

Building &Maintaining relationships:
Working closely with remote client service teams and colleagues on site.
External advisors.

qualifications

Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Administration or Accounting.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
Comprehensive knowledge of Preferred Dutch GAAP and IFRS.
Excellent English communication skills both verbally and in writing.
