General qualifications and job description

Required Qualifications

• graduate of
  Industrial Engineering
  ,
• at least
  3 years of experience
  in end-to-end project management,
• advanced level of English knowledge (at least C1 level),
• strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills,
• eager for continuous learning and development in project management,
• goal- and solution-oriented approach,
• prone to teamwork,
• high level of planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills,
• professional appearance, good diction, and persuasiveness,
• preferably knowledgeable in SQL,
• proficient in MS Office and CRM tools,
• must have a Class B driving license and be an active driver,
• open to domestic and international travel,
• military service completed for male candidates,
• residing in Bursa.

Job Description:

• tracking and revision of the project process plans and managing the project in accordance with this plan,
• determining and coordinating project steps with customers,
• ensuring coordination of different units regarding new projects and modifications,
• performing report design and analysis studies,
• process tracking, process improvement, and risk analysis,
• making an implementable plan that reaches the project's aims and goals and is compatible with the organization's general business strategy,
• creating, tracking, and implementing project training plans,
• ensuring the sustainable provision of technical documentation and end-user support for the projects responsible for, and informing project stakeholders.
