    At Johnson Controls, we are seeking a highly skilled Aegean and Mediterranean Sales Development Manager to join our team in Izmir. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and expand our market share in the region with our cutting-edge HVAC products.

    About the Role

    This position plays a key role in identifying, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities in the Aegean and Mediterranean regions. You will be responsible for developing and nurturing long-term customer relationships, driving growth in your territory, and staying organized to manage multiple priorities with excellent planning and time management skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Pursue and close deals by identifying, qualifying, and closing new sales opportunities with competitive proposals.
    • Engage with industrial customers, contractors, and consultants to showcase and sell our Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coils, and Cooling Towers.
    • Differentiate Johnson Controls through deep understanding of competitors' strategies, products, and services.
    • Build strong relationships with customers, driving growth in your territory.
    • Stay organized, managing multiple priorities with excellent planning and time management skills.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of Chillers, Air Handling Units, Fan Coils, and Cooling Towers in the HVAC industry.
    • Able to design technical solutions, select equipment, and advise customers on solutions.
    • Proven track record of delivering sales in the Aegean and Mediterranean regions.
    • Fluency in English.
    • Strong sales drive, determined, and results-oriented.
    • Type B driving license.
    • Willingsness to travel.

    Estimated Salary

    The estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
