Software Engineering ManagerSemperTech is a spinoff R&D center from Distributed Artificial Intelligence Laboratories (DAI-Labor) of Technical University Berlin.
SemperTech is cooperating with major public authorities and national and international commercial companies on joint projects focusing on cyber-security, data analytics, embedded and smart systems, future defense industry solutions, autonomous drive and AI based predictive maintenance.
We continue to develop our popular products like Smart Energy Systems (SES), Bilgin and Brain4X.SemperTech aims to be the best leading next generation AI solutions R&D center in Turkey. We provide our staff with a visionary smart office to provide the best working environment.
We are looking for candidates with extra-ordinary skill set in the following areas to work at SemperTech, Teknopark İstanbul (Kurtköy).
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Software Development and Software Design to ensure the creation of efficient, scalable, and well-documented systems
Strong Team Leadership and Project Management skills to lead, mentor, and organize cross-functional teams and oversee project lifecycles
In-depth knowledge and experience with Distributed Systems to design and manage robust and scalable solutions
Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset to drive successful project outcomes
Graduated from Computer Engineering or related fields of well reputed universities, preferably with a Ph.
D. Degree
Demonstrated track record in managing IT projects in an international environment
At least five years working experience
Experience in getting national and international funding such as Tübitak Teydeb, Kosgeb and Horizon
Proficient in Agile Software Development, continuous development, and continuous integration
Advanced skills and experience in one of the following domains: Cyber Security, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, IoT, Smart Systems, Future Mobile Networks and Software Engineering
IT systems management skills including Linux scripting, bare metal servers and virtualization technologies such as VMware ESXi and Hyper-V
Technical recruitment and team building
Project budget and time planning
Experience in leading multiple teams and projects in parallel
Passion about future technologies and trends
A highly motivated team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in English. German is a plus
