    "PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER"

    Job Description

    Project Management and Execution: Strategically plan, communicate, and execute projects by developing a comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) with cost estimations. Ensure the project is completed within budget and on schedule while delivering high-quality results. Execute project tasks in alignment with the project plan and provide timely and effective communication throughout the project life-cycle.

    * Documentation and Documentation Oversight: Lead the creation and review of Requirements Documents, Functional Specifications, incorporating wire-frame diagrams and process charts, and Technical Design Documents. Additionally, be responsible for preparing and reviewing project proposals and change requests.

    * Requirements Elicitation, Analysis, and Oversight: Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and translate them into a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document. Guide and review comprehensive scope definitions, including change requests. Manage project scope effectively.

    * Risk and Dependency Management: Identify, assess, and manage project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies. Communicate these factors through project status reports and presentations to project boards.

    * Process Evaluation and Improvement: Actively evaluate and enhance project team's artifacts and documents to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

    * Pre-sales and Proposal Development: Present relevant past projects and related products to potential clients during visits. Participate in Proof-Of-Concept engagements at client sites. Develop proposal scopes, initial high-level implementation plans, licensing requirements, and complete RFP matrices related to specific areas of expertise.

    * Training: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions as needed.

    * Communication and Presentation: Deliver project presentations, facilitate daily huddles, and participate in project board and steering committee meetings to maintain effective communication throughout the project life-cycle.

    The Successful Applicant

    The ideal candidate should have experience in delivering Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Omni-Channel Projects within the financial sector. S/he should demonstrate mastery of Agile Scrum, Waterfall, and other Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies, as well as expertise in Microsoft Project and project planning and execution. A comprehensive understanding of Test Management Practices, Test Planning, Test Monitoring, Control, and Governance is essential. Furthermore, exceptional presentation skills, including the ability to effectively convey information using PowerPoint and engage with senior stakeholders, are crucial. Preferably with qualifications such as PMP, CSM, and CMMI, is highly desirable. The candidate should also have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale enterprise projects in the finance industry.
