Job Description:

The successful candidate will collaborate with the business development and communications teams to create visually engaging content. They will be responsible for designing high-quality graphics, infographics, charts, diagrams, and other visual aids to enhance document quality and clarity.

Key responsibilities include creating impactful visuals for proposals and bids, formatting and designing bid documents, working at pace to produce high volumes of visuals, and collaborating closely with the business development team and technical experts.

Additionally, they will design social media visuals, develop infographics and other visual content for articles, reports, and presentations, create layouts for monthly newsletters, and support internal and external communications with on-brand visual content.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual storytelling, excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and strong communication and collaboration skills.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word as well as online design platforms like Canva
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling
• Experience in producing social media visuals, infographics, and layout design for newsletters or reports
• Excellent time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
