Cost Control Technician
Founded in 1972, Kibar Holding operates across industrial, service, and trading sectors, with more than 20 companies and over 5,000 employees in metals, automotive, packaging, construction materials, real estate, logistics, energy, services, and mobility.
One of our group companies, Assan Yapı, is seeking a Cost Control Technician to join the cost control team for a large-scale development project based in Kocaeli/İzmit.
Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimation studies
Prepare and update BOQs
Conduct cost analyses and prepare reports
Review and report on new unit price analyses
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Associate degree in Construction Technology / Civil Engineering Technology
Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Advanced level of English
