Job summary
We are looking for an Operational Excellence Leader to join our team. As a key driver of productivity, cost competitiveness, and operational stability at plant level.We require someone with minimum 5–10 years experience in Lean / Continuous Improvement roles. Strong handson exposure to Maintenance Excellence TPM reliability improvement practices. Solid analytical capability: losses analysis OEE downtime drivers efficiency modeling cost productivity metrics.,
- Achieve standardized continuous improvement roadmap.
- Deploy Lean Manufacturing tools methodologies standardization audits.
Responsibilities
,- Own lead the plant Continuous Improvement roadmap aligned Group Operational Excellence priorities. ,
The role includes driving Maintenance Excellence initiatives improve equipment availability reliability lifecycle cost implementing mature TPM pillars autonomous maintenance planned maintenance focused improvement predictive preventive maintenance discipline breakdown analysis spare parts strategies optimize downtime loss analysis performance management routines establish sustain KPIs related safety quality delivery cost morale coach develop shopfloor leaders crossfunctional teams CI problemsolving capabilities promote ownership accountability datadriven decision making levels act business partner Production Logistics Quality Engineering Supply Chain remove bottlenecks stabilize processes ensure deployment compliance reporting Group standards tools methodologies share best practices benchmark results within OpEx network.
