    New Accounts Manager, Strategic Account Services

    Amazon is seeking an experienced account manager to support the growth of small and medium sized businesses in EU Expansion. Your role will focus on acquiring new business through lead generation, phone/email-based business evaluation, and supporting new selling partners as they launch their products on Amazon.

    Your responsibilities include building relationships with selling partners, launching their businesses, and helping them grow on Amazon. You will also be responsible for incorporating feedback from selling partners into new opportunities to improve Amazon's products, services, processes, systems, and tools for all 3rd party selling partners.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Contribute to new business acquisition through lead generation and business evaluation
    • Support new selling partners during their product launch on Amazon
    • Build and maintain relationships with selling partners to help them grow their businesses
    • Incorporate selling partner feedback into new opportunities to enhance Amazon's offerings

    Requirements:

    1. Fluency in English and Turkish
    2. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
    3. Proven sales experience, particularly managing large accounts
    4. Strong track record of success in growing and managing large accounts, product marketing, or management consulting roles
    5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    6. Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
    7. Able to drive successful projects with a wide range of stakeholders
    8. Experience solving analytical problems

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. E-commerce or retail experience
    2. Ability to work with legal, product, and internal business owners to reach mutually beneficial agreements
    3. Strong business judgment and influence skills
    4. Experience using Salesforce.com or other CRM tools
    5. SQL skills
    Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
