Job summary
We are looking for a Molecular Diagnostics & Bioinformatics Specialist to join our NIPT and oncology-focused laboratory.Responsibilities
- Perform NGS data analysis for cancer and NIPT cases using established bioinformatics pipelines
- Participate in somatic variant interpretation under international guidelines (ACMG/AMP, AMP/ASCO/CAP)
- Use public databases such as ClinVar COSMIC OncoKB and gnomAD for variant evaluation
- Support preparation of clinical molecular diagnostic reports
