Job summary
A Cost Controller position is available at Ahama, where you will oversee daily receiving and storekeeping activities, maintain inventory records, define stock levels, perform F&B reconciliations using the MICROS - POS system, conduct physical counts of beverage stocks, track pending deliveries,
provide critical analysis of budgets and cost projections.
- We are looking for someone with proven experience in cost control within the restaurant industry.
