Job summary
Managing and coordinating After Sales Service commercial & quality operation Monitoring dealers' performance with TEMSA's standards for steering the partner's continuous service level improvement Making regional regular visits review the Service level score card and creating business plan Developing after sales projects execution and assessment such as creation regional maintenance package Analyzing dealer staff skills making strategic plan to improve Implementing of best practice in certain dealers Working closely with all internal departmants such as Spare Part Technical Warranty Departments Following contribution to development of after sales strategy of Temsa Increasing customer satisfaction handling customer complaints Achieving part accessory sales profitability target Improvement of authorized services' part operationstock control ordering Improvement of service network qualityfacility tools equipment personnel Following quality problems timely reporting Application modification service bulletins Execution warranty procedures goodwill policy Coordination training activities for authorized service personnel Development new business programs increase number repair Following up market trends taking necessary actions
