Job summary
We are looking for a passionate Associate - Human Resources join our team at Dryer Plant in Beko Corporate.Responsibilities
- Follows developments in artificial intelligence and digital HR technologies and is open to applying them in daily HR practices.
- Acting as the first point of contact for HR-related requests from relevant teams and directing them to appropriate HR functions,
- Providing operational support for core HR processes including performance management, employee engagement, internal communication, recruitment and onboarding, learning and development,
