  • To support its growth Renecore Energy is now looking for a Project Development Engineer to support the development of wind solar power plant investment projects

    Responsibilities

  • Assisting the project development team for the development process of existing projects identify & evaluate potential wind solar project sites both in Turkey abroad manage all aspects of project development including site selection land acquisition environmental assessments roads design forest pasture non-agricultural allocation permits base maps ground studies energy transmission line zoning expropriation plans CapEx O&M costs gathering inputs from stakeholders technical commercial financial environmental public regulatory to evaluate project portfolio value participation in acquisitions of land rights process negotiation with landowners follow up with government authorities supporting preparation communication reports records budget timeline contracts notes on projects establishing managing positive relationships third parties involved projects governmental offices regulatory authorities elected officials public services consultants suppliers subcontractors residents landowners locals preparation of projects pre-license license applications related regulations sub-regulation ongoing business supporting team domestic international wind solar power plant tenders assisting internal procedures policies preparations approvals supporting team financial model creation updates providing support conducting feasibility studies investment decisions acquisitions sales key requirements competencies BSc MSc degree Civil Engineering Electrical Engineering minimum years experience wind/solar energy projects Turkey good command English speaking writing strong analytical problem-solving skills ability demonstrate technical proficiency attention detail solution provider good knowledge Energy market laws regulations good interpersonal skills communicate levels organization good team player strong social influencing skills experience mapping engineering atmospheric modeling tools Google Earth Netcad ArcGIS QGIS AutoCAD PVSyst motivated pursue career industry Renewable Energy based Istanbul frequently travel project sites+
