    This is a full-time "Marketing Specialist" role based in Istanbul.

    The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives that drive engagement, brand awareness, and revenue growth.

    Our business partner is a dynamic company as a B2B travel consolidator and a prominent player in the realm of multi-product export and sourcing.

    Marketing Specialist is managing and keeping the websites of our business partner up to date.
    This could include tweaking content, adding blogs, editing and updating programs or collecting and adding image and video content.
    Uploading videos to Vimeo and YouTube, learning naming best practice and how to optimise for SEO.
    Managing the SEO optimization of website pages.
    Planning, creating the content Managing email marketing activities.
    General admin, such as managing and responding to emails that come in via the general marketing account.

    Be familiar with Wordpress (or similar CMS) and Google Docs, or have demonstrable experience and the ability to gain WordPress (or similar CMS) editing skills within a reasonable amount of time.

    Be computer literate, with a motivation to learn.
    Be interested in website management, marketing and communications.
    Have a keen eye for detail.
    Have an eye for design and the ability to edit website content to a high quality.
    Have good writing skills.
    Have strong organisational skills.
    Enjoy problem-solving and working to deadlines.
    Be proactive and self-disciplined with a strong sense of responsibility.
    Experience using WordPress (or similar CMS), and platforms such as Canva, Figma, or Webflow photography. (advantageous)
    Have a passion for the industry and our organisation's mission.
    Have a passion for Travel and sustainability.

    qualifications

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

    Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing departments including developing and executing marketing campaigns for a B2B or SaaS company.

    Excellent communication, project management and organizational skills.
    Experience in marketing automation platforms.
    Experience with Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools.
    Analytical and data-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to analyze marketing data and report on KPIs.
    Excellent Turkish English language skills. (written and oral)
    Proven experience in managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    Ability to work independently and as a team player.
    Experience in the B2B Travel Technology is a plus.
