We are looking for a Customer Operations Executive to join us in Istanbul Tuzla plant.

• Manage and coordinate intercompany orders across global sites to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle all aspects of after-sales processes for international sales, meeting service level targets.
• Facilitate effective communication between SW Turkey departments and global business units.
• Monitor and manage the entire workflow from order tracking to delivery and invoicing.
• Establish proactive communication with supply chain teams to ensure timely execution.
• Address disruptions in the process and manage invoicing activities efficiently.
• Work with overseas colleagues to identify and implement process enhancements.
