    About the Role:


    We are looking for Continuous Improvement Manager to report to the Region Industrial Manager in our Manisa plant. As Continuous Improvement Manager of a fast growing plant, you will be referent of FOX Group Program (Ferrero Operational Excellence) and continuous improvement initiatives acting as a "change agent" to develop the local industrial system across SQCDME dimensions (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation and Environment).

    It is crucial to have previous experience in production execution and expertise on Lean principles to be successful in this position with strong abilty to lead peers and shopfloor to continuous improvement and operational excellence.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Promote lean culture in the shopfloor and develop plant team by leveraging FOX and lean tools, continuously engaging with the team by delivering trainings, workshops, seminars and other events
    • Lead directly operational excellence initiatives by promoting safety culture with structuring business processes and practices by supporting industrial activities in collaboration with functional peers, and/or cross-functional teams
    • Lead the development of lean manufacturing processes; continuous improvement, standard work, problem solving, value stream mapping, training and employee involvement
    • Support Region Industrial Manager through preparation of Plant Master Plan, identifying the key priorities and preparing a 3 years horizon plan including CAPEX, KPIs targets and operational objectives across all the departments
    • Steer the digital transformation by leading the deployment of the Smart Factory Program into the plant
    • Spread and foster Project Management capabilities with the aim of standardizing and enhancing projects across all the phases (e.g. initiation, baseline definition, execution and control, closing and post-evaluation)
    • Coordinate as PMO Plant cross-functional projects (Group, local, linked to Masterplan) guaranteeing overall consistency

    Who we are looking for:

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering
    • Preferably more than 8 years' experience in a similar role
    • Have lean culture perspective and accountability
    • Strong operational leadership with experience in 5S / KK / SMED / RCA, safety and concepts, Lean-Six Sigma / Black Belt as a plus
    • Good communication skills with result orientation followed with proactive approach
    • Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills both in English and Turkish
