Full-time | Weekdays
We are looking for an experienced Export Specialist to join our growing team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in export operations
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of a second foreign language is a plus (German, French, Arabic, etc.)
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong knowledge of foreign trade regulations (customs, logistics, payment methods, INCOTERMS)
- Experience in quotation preparation, order follow-up, and customer relations
- Strong communication skills, team-oriented, and responsible
- Dynamic and solution-driven mindset
- Communicate with international customers and manage relationships
- Handle export operations end-to-end (orders, quotations, invoicing, shipping, customs procedures)
- Prepare quotations and pricing based on customer requirements
- Coordinate with logistics providers
- Prepare required export documentation (proforma invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.)
- Provide after-sales support
- Support marketing activities (trade fairs, market research, etc.)
