Job summary
Bachelor's degree in finance Accounting or related field Master's degree or CPA CFA preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in finance with at least 3 years in a managerial role Strong knowledge of IFRS local tax regulations and financial reporting standards Excellent analytical leadership and communication skills Proficiency in ERP systems SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus Fluent in both written and spoken English Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate financial insights effectively Manage supervise the finance department including budgeting forecasting and reporting processes Ensure compliance with tax regulations financial standards and internal policies Ensure timely accurate monthly closing processes Lead budgeting forecasting financial analysis activities Prepare present financial statements performance reports to senior management Collaborate support operational strategic initiatives Lead audits liaise external auditors institutions Finance Manager is responsible for managing supervising the finance department ensuring compliance with relevant laws regulations coordinating audit activities preparing presenting financial statements performance reports.
