Key Competencies That Will Make You Stand Out
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, or a related discipline,
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Systems, or Integrated Management Systems, preferably in FMCG, Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Pharmaceutical industries,
Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO Cosmetics GMP) standards,
Experience in GMP, Product Safety, and HACCP implementation and maintenance processes.
Hands-on experience in Document Control, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), Deviation Management, Change Management, and Root Cause Analysis,
Experience in Internal Audit processes; Internal Auditor certification is an advantage,
Experience in customer complaint management, investigation, and reporting processes,
Familiarity with calibration tracking, equipment management, and KPI monitoring,
Experience with QDMS (Quality Document Management Systems) is preferred,
Knowledge and/or experience in Halal certification processes is an asset,
Familiarity with supplier quality processes and supplier audits is an advantage,
Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with ERP and quality systems software is an asset.
What To Expect in This Role
Lead the implementation, monitoring, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the company's Integrated Management Systems in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22716:2007, GMP, and Halal standards,
Collaborate with relevant departments to establish, implement, maintain, and improve the document control system, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and effective communication across the organization,
Prepare and manage internal audit programs, monitor audit effectiveness, and work closely with internal auditors to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of management systems,
Oversee the identification, implementation, and follow-up of corrective and preventive actions, ensuring root cause analysis is conducted and effectiveness is verified,
Monitor and analyze departmental KPIs to evaluate performance, ensure compliance with quality and safety standards, and support data-driven decision-making,
Manage the calibration system for machinery, equipment, and measuring devices, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and operational reliability,
Analyze customer complaints, prepare reports, and ensure timely and effective resolution to enhance customer satisfaction and product quality,
Promote a strong quality culture across the organization by providing leadership, raising awareness, and delivering or coordinating training programs related to quality and compliance standards,
Ensure safety requirements and precautions are implemented within areas of responsibility, contributing to a safe and healthy working environment,
Participate in supplier audits, evaluate supplier compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and prepare detailed audit reports with recommendations.
