What You'll Do Design map and optimize business processes in line with strategic objectives Lead process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Agile etc Act as a process owner and ensure adherence to governance frameworks Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and drive solutions Monitor KPIs to measure process performance and ensure continuous improvement Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members The Candidate Will Be Working Part Of HR Team Who You Are Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 8+ years of experience in process management process design or operational excellence Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies tools Lean Six Sigma Excellent analytical problem-solving stakeholder management teamwork skills Familiarity with process improvement tools Signavio etc frameworks Strong attention to detail ability to manage multiple priorities Having a strong appetite for understanding different workflows processes within different channels Great communication presentation skills including attractive presentation preparations Fluent English both writing speaking sustain periodical update meetings Vodafone Group Not a perfect fit Worried that you don't meet all the desired criteria exactly?
