Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the strategic direction roadmap and regional programs for agronomy in collaboration with cluster teams and suppliers.
- Lead and drive proactive monitoring and intervention across all crop development stages ensuring timely resolution of agricultural issues and strict adherence to Good Agricultural Practices GAPs and company standards.
