    Leader of a multi-cultural team, you will provide exceptional and unique experiences to local and international clients. Real ambassador of the Maison, your management skills will engage your team on a singular strategy, where business performance and client experience are the main priorities.     What do we expect from you?

    1. Boutique Performance & Sales Achievement:

    ✓ Oversee with Boutique Manager all commercial activities and sales achievements of the boutique.

    ✓ Accountable for challenging your teams to achieve set ambitions defined by you and Retail Management based on solid performance, environment, and competencies analysis.

    ✓ Accountable to find ways to optimize client waiting time, improve client facing time and qualities of interactions with end-clients.

    ✓ Keep up to date of the competitive market and adjust strategy and action plans accordingly.

    2. Team management & People Development:

    ✓ Occasionally contribute to the recruitment process in your boutique.

    ✓ Supervise the integration, induction and probation of team members.

    ✓ Responsible to create a pipeline of internal and external talents.

    ✓ Translate, communicate, federate and motivate the boutique team around the strategy and vision of the Maison, by animating regular discussion platforms, individually or collectively with all Executives.

    ✓ Monitor KPI development of your team members on a monthly basis.

    ✓ Contribute to the regular evaluations of individual performance.

    ✓ Identify high potentials, ensuring singular and adapted development plans are curated & communicated accordingly.

    ✓ Act as an inclusive leader ensuring every team member is respected and has a voice.

    ✓ Find solutions and seek new ways to engage the boutique team into the "New Retail" whilst challenging all team members to share their opinion and propose solutions.

    ✓ Lead by example contributing to all boutique shifts, including morning, evening, or week-end shifts.

    3. Client Relationship & Portfolio Development:

    ✓ Contribute to infuse a client-centric approach at each level of the boutique organization and proactively promote clientelling practices.

    ✓ Accountable for the implementation of the Client strategy for the boutique, hand in hand with the Sales and Client management teams.

    ✓ Ensure a unique and high professional client service for elevated experiences within the boutique with coaching methodologies.

    ✓ Act as an Ambassador of the Maison and builds direct contact with VIPs and third parties.

    4. Boutique Singularity:

    ✓ Accountable for the boutique image in term of visual merchandising, decor and uniqueness.

    ✓ Contribute actively to the implementation of commercial action plans.

    ✓ Accountable to find new concepts, animations, and activations to anchor the boutique as a retail reference within your environment.

    ✓ Understand and anticipate future trends in the luxury industry.

    6. Boutique environment and processes

    ✓ Ensure respect of all guidelines and policies within the touchpoint to protect the Group, Maison, clients and its staff.

    ✓ Challenge the status-quo & engage all boutique / office stakeholders to improve methodologies whilst respecting the environment.

    ✓ Excellent analytical skills and understanding of retail productivity levers

    ✓ Strong leadership and managerial skills to organize, animate and grow a large team with
