    About the Role:


    We are looking for an HCo & Procurement IT SAP COE Responsible who will be reporting to the Procurement & HCo IT SAP CoE Manager and based in Istanbul.

    You will be mainly responsible for analyzing the company business flow, design and implement corresponding SAP solutions that aim to fulfill business & operational needs. You will translate SAP requirements to functional specifications for reporting, interfaces, data conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows.

    Main Responsibilities:



    • Provide maintenance and engineering of SAP related solutions for various project and operational needs and system upgrades

    • Manage service outages, monitor and report related incidents

    • Responsible for Local Sap User Account Management and User Authorization Management according to the company guidelines

    • Analyze current processes and the needs for the new processes, document of AS IS and TO BE flows, be in contact with all stakeholders of the project, attend or arrange training sessions, support after go-live

    • Provide coordination with group to ensure suitability of these projects with group standards

    • Follow the deadlines, perform unit tests, help users to perform user acceptance tests

    • Attend or arrange training sessions, supporting after go-live

    • Manage SAP incidents by providing first level analyses & solutions

    • Provide local business and group coordination regarding for the SAP related cases

    • Generate SAP documentations regarding the solutions of the incidents and supposed flows

    • Monitor system inputs and outputs to ensure SAP flow stability

    • Take preventive actions for providing operational SAP service continuity

    • Use service desk ticket tool to track local SAP requests

    • Adapt users to SAP solution and services recommended by GSP, preparing necessary documentation/flows according to the responses from GSP and local responsible, standardization of processes

    • Generate & Share reports to the IT management to define current SAP Service Level & Areas for improvement

    • Make regular workshop trainings to the users to introduce new functionalities

    • Guarantee compliance with proper standards of ISO, MICO, HACCP, Environmental, Safety, in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices

    Who we are looking for:



    • Bachelor's degree

    • Preferably 3 years of experience in related functions

    • Strong experience in full business analysis and application management life cycle

    • Excellent project management, communication, negotiation, and analytical thinking skills

    • Good command of verbal and written communication skills both in Turkish and English
