About Concentrix As one of the leading brands in its sector Concentrix designs and manages human-centered customer experiences in today's digital world Operating in 60 countries with over 400000 employees worldwide Concentrix continues to make a difference in customer service management and experience in Turkey as well with more than 17000 employees across 7 cities primarily including Istanbul Izmir Ankara and Van About the Role Responsibilities Review and control expense transactions in line with company policies and accounting standards Prepare and post GL journal entries related to expenses and accounting adjustments Perform account reconciliations and support period-end and month-end closing activities Prepare review and analyze Excel-based reports related to expenses reconciliations and GL controls Ensure accuracy completeness of accounting records supporting documentation Identify discrepancies follow up with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues Communicate effectively with internal teams regarding accounting expense-related matters Support continuous improvement of accounting control processes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field Solid knowledge of basic accounting principles GL processes Experience in GL journal entries expense accounting account reconciliations is preferred Good command of Excel Strong sense of responsibility ownership Open to learning improving accounting knowledge Good communication collaboration skills Intermediate English proficiency Strong attention detail analytical thinking Preferred Skills Experience ERP or other software systems Ability work structured deadline driven environment Willingness develop technical professional skills time Show more Show less
