Job summary
We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team at Tesla. As a Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers who need assistance with their vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Solve complex customer cases and evaluate if a customer can be supported with over the air diagnosis & fixes or needs a tow truck to the nearest service center.
- Making the customer feel informed, valued and safe.
