Our Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in business, engineering or related field,
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in business development & product managament or process development,
- Good understanding of e-commerce and marketplaces dynamics, designing of new business models,
- Analyzing the experiences of users, identifying the development points and drawing up action plans,
- High proficiency with MS Excel and ability to analyze large data sets, ability to collect and review data in complex spreadsheets,
- Good communication skills,
- Self-motivated and learning-oriented person,
- Strong planning and coordination skills,
- Ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects,
- Strong research skills,
- Analytical mind, good with numbers,
- Advanced reporting and presentation skills, passionate about internet technology, e-commerce and start-ups,
- Advanced English skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct an end-to-end assessment of the Marketplace Management Panel; identify business needs and prioritize development initiatives accordingly.
- Work closely with the Product team on the setup, improvement, and launch of modules including reports, merchant product engagement & onboarding, best seller life cycle management, dashboard, and other related tools.
- Gather 360-degree business requirements and evaluate the expected business impact, outputs, and prioritization of initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Define all panel-related needs, create and manage projects, and ensure end-to-end project tracking and execution.
- Lead the modeling, planning, coordination, and successful end-to-end execution of campaign processes, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze business performance and prepare strategic reports, including financial analysis, forecasting, SWOT analysis, feasibility studies, sector analysis, and business plans.
- Strengthen competitive intelligence by monitoring market dynamics, benchmarking across markets, and preparing competitor activity reports.
- Ensure effective coordination of interdepartmental data flow and alignment between business units.
- Establish and maintain sector partnerships, brand partnerships, and seller relationships.
