    Job Title

    Mission/Purpose of the Position

    Develop and execute Japan Digital Marketing strategies aligned with APAC and Global guidelines. Establish and manage all public relationships, media, and internal/external communications to enhance corporate/brand image and visibility, generating leads, and converting passive audiences into active customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Propose and implement a communication strategy to build brand awareness and support business objectives.
    • Safeguard consistent brand image across all channels.

    Project Management

    • Serve as project leader, coordinating efforts and turning ideas/discussions into actionable initiatives.

    • Create high-impact results through effective project management within the APAC community.

    • Influence global stakeholders for resources and expertise.

    • Identify areas for improvement in digital projects.

    • Translate business requests into technical language.

    • Solve problems and seek support from relevant contacts within the APAC region.

    • Utilize proficient data analysis skills to track and measure performance, generate insights, and drive business decisions.

    • Understand different business models in APAC markets and propose flexible solutions.

    • Work cross-functionally to design journeys that enhance frontline work efficiency.

    • Drive change management within the APAC Business Area and markets to accelerate transformation into a customer-centric organization.

    Digital Solution

    • Develop and deliver comprehensive digital solutions, including global systems and local customizations.

    • Act as key user of mobile applications, overseeing development and operation.

    • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver exceptional user experiences.

    • Establish frameworks and dashboards for measuring digital behavior and optimizing owned platforms.

    • Drive awareness, preference, and business conversion through digital channels.

    Campaigns and Events

    • Organize and execute professional communication campaigns, fairs, and events.

    • Cooperate with sales teams and customers on local communication marketing activities and monitor performance.

    • Support co-branding activities to amplify brand impact.

    Communication

    • Manage stakeholder expectations during project execution.

    • Identify and resolve pain points for potential CRM users (Sales/Marketing/Service).

    • Share best practices across markets.

    • Foster a culture of innovation and adaptability in APAC markets.

    Web Page Management

    • Maintain and update local web pages based on global structures.

    • Create and implement new functions according to local market trends.

    • Enhance website content and infrastructure to attract visitors.

    Online Communication

    • Develop and execute integrated online communication plans to increase brand exposure and create strong word-of-mouth.

    • Leverage online campaigns to drive sales performance.

    • Monitor media and consumer voices online, managing issues and crises effectively.

    • Propose and implement social media activities to foster positive interactions with netizens.

    Internal Communication

    • Communicate Corporate Global & China directions, progress, changes, issues, and successes to related departments via intranet, email, and newsletter.

    • Assist HR teams in employee events and other HRD programs.

    Qualifications

    University or Master degree in business, marketing, or computer science.

    Certification in project management, lean process is a plus.

    Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management.

    Excellent English and Japanese communication skills.

    Over 5 years of experience in media PR and communications.

    Operation/digital marketing/sales/retail experience with multinational companies.

    Interests and curiosity in digital novelties in the APAC region.

    Affinity with the digital landscape and ecosystems outside of Japan.

    Cross-functional experience in commercial roles.

    Automotive/retail industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.

    Open and clear communication, delivering passion and teamwork.

    Fast learner & result-oriented.

    High maturity in managing stakeholder matrices, especially leaders at high levels.

    Multi-international company working or cooperation experience.
