HepsiJET is an innovative, scalable and customer-experience-oriented logistics brand serving all 81 provinces of Türkiye with over 5,000 couriers and more than 50 fleet vehicles.
Going beyond standard delivery, it handles bulky items with HepsiJET XL and simplifies end-users' lives with flexible options such as 'Same Day Delivery', 'Next-Day Scheduled Delivery', and 'Doorstep Scheduled Return'.
In the corporate world, it stands out with its HepsiJET PRO service.By managing the entire shipment traffic between stores, warehouses, and suppliers, it provides business partners with operational speed while saving them the cost of establishing their own fleets.
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer II to join our QA team and work on Web and Mobile products.
In this role, you will actively contribute to delivering high-quality software by combining strong manual testing skills with a growing test automation mindset, while collaborating closely with product and engineering teams in an Agile environment.
What you'll doDesign and execute test scenarios for Web and Mobile applications
Perform functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing
Support performance testing
Participate in CI/CD pipelines and automation integration
Track defects, perform root cause analysis, and manage retesting processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to QA best practices and KPIs
What we're looking for
4+ years of experience in software quality assurance with strong manual testing skills
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and communication skills
Comfortable working in a dynamic, low-structure, constantly changing atmosphere and prioritizing work appropriately
Knowledgeable about Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Open to change, new technologies and development.
Detail-oriented and capable of working in environment.
Ability to create detailed manual test cases and execute structured manual testing.
Experience with TestRail for test case management.
Having experience in Database
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as: UI, (Selenium WebDriver, Appium, Cucumber, Espresso) API, (Postman/Newman, REST Assured, or similar tools) Performance.
(Locust or JMeterKnowledge on automated testing frameworks and languages (Selenium WebDriver, Appium, jUnit, Capybara, Cucumber, etc.) is plus
Hands on experience with at least one programming language (C#, Java, Python, JavaScript etc) is plus
Having ISTQB (or related) certification
Exposure to AI-powered testing approaches and interest in applying AI to QA processes is a plus
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or observability tools is a plus
ISTQB Foundation Level certification is a plus
