We are currently looking for an "Assistant Purchasing Specialist" who will work at one of our offices in Ankara.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree from one of the Reputable Universities
Fluency in English (both writing and speaking)
Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
Analytical thinking with an innovative point of view
Multitasking capabilities and a sense of personal responsibility
Being a self-motivated team player
Capable of adapting to flexible working hours.
JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a motivated purchasing specialist to manage our company's Europe procurement activities.
The purchasing specialist's responsibilities include finding new suppliers, ensuring that the purchased products and materials meet specific technical specifications, negotiating purchasing terms, and evaluating supplier performance.
The purchasing specialist will also be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries and resolving any supply chain issues or discrepancies.Understanding and shaping customer requirements collaboratively with partner manufacturers
Processing purchase orders and requests
Taking initiative to make strategic decisions by data analysis
Communicating regularly with suppliers about the status of the orders.
Understanding cost value analysis and planning strategies to provide optimum delivery schedules.
