Job summary
We are building the future of personalized skincare. Our mission is to merge AI, design, and dermatological science to create more intelligent, accessible, and empowering skincare routines for everyone starting with a selfie.Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in preparing and posting job listings across platforms Help screen CVs and coordinate interviews Maintain applicant tracking systems.
- Onboarding & People Operations: Support onboarding processes for new team members Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is complete and organized Help in planning virtual team-building activities.
- HR Administration & Compliance: Assist with internship agreements documentation compliance tracking Update internal HR databases help manage templates communication Employee Experience: Support feedback collection through surveys check-ins Assist with employee engagement initiatives newsletters Help maintain company culture in a remote environment.
