People & Culture Intern - Istanbul

Job summary
We are looking for a People and Culture Intern to support day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced international environment. This role is a great opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to gain hands-on experience in recruitment coordination HR administration payroll support and employee lifecycle processes while working closely with a dynamic team in Türkiye.Responsibilities
- Support daily people operations across the employee lifecycle onboarding engagement offboarding and basic HR administration
- Assist the hiring process by coordinating interviews communicating with candidates
- Help ensure HR documentation is organized and up to date employee files templates trackers
- Support the team in Türkiye as a first-line contact for basic HR-related questions redirect requests when needed
- Assist payroll preparation by collecting required documents coordinating with internal teams / external vendors/li>Support the localization of global HR practices by helping research documentation communication tasks/li>Cultivate teamwork planning culture engagement initiatives through coordination follow-ups
