About the Role
We are looking for a
Legal Manager
to join our strong and dynamic legal team.
The position will report to the General Counsel/Head of Legal.
Responsibilities
- Managing all legal processes of Erciyas Holding and its affiliates ("Erciyas Group") and providing preventive legal solutions by identifying risks in advance.
- Providing legal support in all labor law related matters including employee disputes, terminations, disciplinary processes, and compliance.
- Supporting the management of employee–employer relations, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, representing the company in collective bargaining negotiations and union processes.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts relating to production activities and operation.
- Managing and monitoring ongoing litigation, dispute resolution procedures and enforcement proceedings.
- Providing legal support on commercial and corporate law matters, including board resolutions, general assembly procedures, and corporate governance processes.
- Supporting compliance with Capital Markets Board (CMB) regulations and public company obligations.
- Monitoring current legislation and informing relevant departments about the company's legal obligations.
- Providing legal support in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), investment transactions, and corporate restructuring processes.
- Advising internal departments on legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Monitoring legislative developments, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies and advising management accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Law, preferably with a master's degree.
- Minimum 10+ years of professional experience.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong background in labor Law, litigation, corporate Law, contract Law and Data Protection Law (KVKK).
- Experience with CMB regulations and public company practices.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills with a solution-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of corporate law and company procedures.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters simultaneously.
