About the Role:

Controlling department in Ferrero acts as a business partner for businesses, supporting them in decision making processes with relevant analysis and guidance. Currently, we are looking for an Industrial Controller, who will be involved in guaranteeing and optimizing the Ferrero's financial performance and competitiveness.

By covering this Manisa based position, you will be directly reporting to the Plant Controlling Manager. You will be a part of a team which is heavily involved in strategic and financial figures by supporting different stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Act as a partner by collecting and providing financial information and support forecasting period and during monthly closing activities, in terms of analysis and providing specific information
• Support investment reporting and perform ad-hoc analysis with operational activities
• Support monthly reporting by performing variance analysis between budget and actual and identify root causes in case of deviations from budget
• Help controlling team in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Monitor monthly stock levels with accurate reporting and reconciliation
• Work closely with the accounting department and participate in the overall monthly closing process
• Ensure determination of industrial cost and transfer price of products with respect of Ferrero standards procedures timely and accurately
  
  

Who we are looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Preferably 3-5 years of experience in related functions
• Experience in SAP
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical thinking skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills both in English and Turkish
