    Job Identification


    We are now seeking for a Part- time HR Specialist to be part of our Talent Acquisition/Talent Development team in Istanbul. This role is responsible for supporting talent acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment process for the positions.

    What We Expect

    • Playing a supportive role in end-to-end recruitment processes, for the relevant vacant positions, ensuring compliance to GO & Turkey Talent Acquisition Policy.
    • Executing end to end recruitment processes for internship, next talent, and part-time programs.
    • Screening resumes and headhunting, conducting phone interviews, assigning pre-employment tests, and monitoring the results, planning interviews with hiring managers and conducting reference checks for successful candidates.
    • Participating to campus activities, fairs, networks or using other sourcing channels for talent prospecting. Representing the organization at employment fairs and other campus activities when necessary.

    Qualifications

    • 3rd or 4th year of university student
    • Advanced level of English
    • Willing to pursue a career in Human Resources
    • Advanced level of customer focus
    • Effective communication and presentation skills
    • Coordination, planning skills are must.
    • Able to work 3 days in a week.
