- Playing a supportive role in end-to-end recruitment processes, for the relevant vacant positions, ensuring compliance to GO & Turkey Talent Acquisition Policy.
- Executing end to end recruitment processes for internship, next talent, and part-time programs.
- Screening resumes and headhunting, conducting phone interviews, assigning pre-employment tests, and monitoring the results, planning interviews with hiring managers and conducting reference checks for successful candidates.
- Participating to campus activities, fairs, networks or using other sourcing channels for talent prospecting. Representing the organization at employment fairs and other campus activities when necessary.
- 3rd or 4th year of university student
- Advanced level of English
- Willing to pursue a career in Human Resources
- Advanced level of customer focus
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Coordination, planning skills are must.
- Able to work 3 days in a week.
