As an English Teacher & Learning Coach, you play a pivotal role in shaping our Students' personal and professional futures.

You will both teach and coach, ensuring each Student receives a premium, personalized, and effective learning experience. Each Student will need varying levels of support, approaches, and teaching techniques to maximize their learning. In this role, you will be required to adapt to and anticipate everyone's needs and inspire them to succeed.

Service Manager/Supervisor and Education Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Teaching Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver interactive, dynamic, and studentcentered classes at all levels to guarantee that Students are successfully acquiring the target language
• Consistently inspire, motivate, and support students in reaching their personal learning objectives
• Ensure that the Wall Street English methodology is consistently applied
• Continuously develop your skills as a teacher through new product training and carrying out the personalized training paths assigned to you by your manager
• Teach Encounters, Complementary Classes and Social Clubs
• Follow lesson plans to ensure consistent and highquality delivery
• Provide feedback and motivation at the end of Classes in accordance with the Method
• Celebrate student milestones and maintain a welcoming environment

Coaching Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing support, advice, and coaching to drive student progress
• Teach introductory First Lessons to new Students to explain how studying works at Wall Street English and guarantee educational followup
• Provide personalized feedback, coaching and support through Advising Sessions
• Understand learner psychology and tailor support accordingly
• Develop strong relationships with Student that are built on trust
• Promote the Wall Street English method and an All-English Environment
• Respond with the right supportive actions to all expressed and unexpressed needs of Students
• Support the reception area to create an interactive, friendly and supportive Student centered environement
• Actively book students into classes and support attendance habits
• Liaise with Service and Sales teams to provide feedback on Students' concerns

Minimum Requirements:

• Turkish citizenship
• University degree in English Teaching or in English Language and Literature on condition of holding a TEFL, TESOL or CELTA certificate
• Experience in teaching, coaching, training, or service environments
• High level of spoken and written English
• Computer literacy
• Excellent interpersonal skills – patient, responsible, and empathetic
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Service minded
• Dedicated and dynamic within a team environment
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally

Nice to Have:

• Background in multinational or hospitality sectors
• Desire for professional growth and international development
