Job summary
We're looking for a hands-on FP&A Manager to own budgeting, forecasting, and performance management end-to-end. This is a standalone role — you will build the function, not inherit it.
+Responsibilities
- Owning annual budget and rolling forecasts
- Building driver-based models (volumes, buy prices, refurb yield, channel mix costs)
- Running scenario and sensitivity analyses to support business decisions
- Producing monthly management packs: P&L KPIs cash variances vs budget/forecast
- Achieving clear insights not just numbers: what happened why what to do next
