Job summary
We are hiring a Plant HR Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the plant by leading the implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's global vision and local business and legal requirements.Responsibilities
- Lead the HR function for the plant, overseeing HR budget management, target-setting and performance tracking.
- Partner with plant and regional leadership to align HR initiatives with business strategy and operational goals.
- Provide strategic HR leadership gained from managing complex workforce structures in large-scale operations.
