Job summary
We are looking for a Technical Client Systems Lead to be the trusted technical point of contact for clients running AI systems on the PIPE44 platform. This is a client-focused role – you protect the relationship. You'll explain agent behavior, coordinate incident communication, translate requirements and ensure clients feel confident and supported.Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal English)
- Solid technical understanding – can read logs understand system architecture follow technical discussions
- Conceptual understanding of AI/LLM systems and RAG (doesn’t need to build them)
- Experience in client-facing technical roles (Solutions Engineer Technical Support Technical CSM or similar)
