We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join our team in Dalaman. As a Customer Service Agent, you will provide outstanding customer service and promote our brand values.Responsibilities
- Create Memories - Ensuring the delivery of outstanding Customer Service that meets the needs of our customers and promotes our brand values.
- Be Present - Greet our arriving customers at the start of their holiday, supervising our third-party partner in delivering a friendly and efficient check-in and onboarding service, offering helpful advice on the sales desk.
- Take Responsibility - Ensuring 's policies and procedures are implemented and adhered to. Ensuring quality standards are met and safe practices are always carried out. Responsible for safety reporting using the company system (The Hub)
